Position Title:
Feldco® Part Time Territory Administrator
Job Description:
The most successful window, door and siding company in the Midwest is growing. We have immediate openings in Milwaukee, Madison, and Rockford! We are looking for a highly-organized, detail-oriented and hard working professional to join our successful team at Feldco Windows, Siding and Doors. Feldco is a rapidly growing home improvement services company currently expanding in throughout Chicago, Milwaukee, Indianapolis and other Midwest markets. We are the leading replacement window, siding and door specialist with over 30 years of experience in delighting customers by making home improvement projects simple.
Responsibilities:
This position will perform all functions relating to contract administration: processing sales and finance documentation required to approve sales contracts, entering sales and finance contracts into our system, and tracking and resolving any issue which might impede the approval of sales and finance contracts. The position will also handle various processes including scheduling, purchasing, order fulfillment and customer service roles. Variable hours, depending on sales volume, are required and will include occasional evenings and weekend.

Required Experience:
Basic Qualifications: *High School degree or equivalent *Minimum 2 years experience in a professional office environment *Highly detail-oriented and organized *Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) *Strong PC skills including the ability to type at 30+ wpm and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer *Thrives in a highly energized and dynamic environment *Motivated self-starter with a passion for the customer, company and continuous improvement. Preferable Qualifications: *Associates degree or higher with experience in contract processing. *Problem solving skills working to prevent problems before they occur. *Accounting system experience (Sage MAS 90, 200 or 500 preferred)
