I recently purchased a house with a lot of good-sized windows, which seems like a dream until the nightmare of having to update them comes along. After the sticker shock of other window companies' quotes, I discovered Feldco. Andrew came out for a quote and was prompt, friendly, very professional, and a joy to work with. He explained the process and my options very well, and most importantly, he provided a price quote for top-quality windows that was dramatically lower than I expected. We worked with Joe to furnish our previous house with new windows and were happy to get to work with him again on this house. He was great to work with both times, easily answering my many questions that came up through the process with his obvious expertise in the field. He was willing to create and change our window plan so that we were able to upgrade our home a way we felt comfortable. To top it off, he handled the distaction of my 4 year old and chaotic life with 3 boys with patience and positivity.

Andrew Painter was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and forthcoming in his presentation. Explained every detail of product, what to expect, when to expect it, guarantees, discounts, promotions (and if they applied in my situation), and the different options of payment. This is just a review on the representative I worked with the product and service has not been rendered as of yet. Mr. Dante Richie provided great knowledge on the product and services. I explained what I was looking for and he provided just that; he also gave great insight on alternatives and had great suggestions as well. Mr. Richie was prompt in his timing and very professional.
