SilvinoVelazquez came to repair balancers in two of our bedroom windows. He was very prompt and most helpful and courteous. He was knowledgeable and well prepared. He had all the replacement parts available and went even further by providing additional instructions for maintenance that will help us in the future to maintain good working conditions for the windows, which no one has ever done before. Highly recommend Silvio to anyone who requires assistance with their windows. He also went one step further by calling the office to make sure we were charged the correct amount.

Feldco did a great job in replacing some of our window panes recently that had deteriorated at our home. The seals were cracked, resulting in air leaking inside and over time they appeared foggy or dirty. I was pleasantly surprised when Feldco told us they would honor their lifetime warranty and have them replaced. We only paid a reasonable installation cost to have this done. What a savings versus installing a whole new window. Once they sent out a service tech to determine the final count of the affected panes, in less than two weeks, the panes were available. They dispatched two service techs, Kevin Rodriguez and Sil Velazquez to our house. They were so friendly and courteous, and provided tips on maintaining our windows in the future. We were so impressed on the action Feldco took to solve our problem. It’s hard to find such companies today that backup their products so well and provide such excellent customer service. Couldn’t be any happier.
